Bloomington, Ill. – Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. (Pinnacle) has announced that Principal and Consulting Actuary Aaron Hillebrandt is to be inducted into Illinois State University’s (ISU’s) College of Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame.

“Pinnacle is very pleased to congratulate Aaron on this tremendous honor,” Pinnacle Managing Principal Roosevelt Mosley said. “Through his military service, time as an educator and ongoing dedication to advancing actuarial science, Aaron has epitomized what it means to serve—our country, our community and our profession.”

Hillebrandt is a former ISU mathematics lecturer and an honorably discharged sergeant and combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He has over 18 years of experience as an actuary, serving corporations, public entities and insurance companies on a variety of actuarial and business matters.

He also serves on committees for a number of organizations that influence the growth, direction and eminence of the actuarial profession, including the Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management (ISU), the American Academy of Actuaries, the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and other organizations. Hillebrandt was named to Captive International’s Forty Under 40 in 2023 and has worked for Pinnacle since 2013, becoming a principal of the firm in 2021.

“I am grateful and humbled by this recognition,” Hillebrandt said. “I am particularly honored to be included among those current and prior Hall of Fame inductees who have accomplished so much personally and professionally, and to the advancement and development of Illinois State University.”

Inclusion in ISU’s College of Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame is extended to past, present or honorary members of the college’s community. It recognizes individuals on their demonstrated leadership, performance and commitment to their profession, local community and beyond.

The induction will take place Friday, September 19, at 11:30 a.m. at the Aaron Leetch Stadium Club at ISU in Normal, Illinois.
