The consulting actuary functions as an independent advisor to insurance companies, corporations, federal, state and local governments, and trade associations on actuarial matters. The consulting actuary works on a client base of others and/or works toward developing their own client base as an account executive or provide predictive analytics services to clients. The consulting actuary works in and leads project teams as well as leads actuarial analyses and client services.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $250,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.

The data scientist creates, organizes and inputs data to develop advanced analytics solutions. The data scientist will work to support client relationships by providing accurate information and feedback.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $122,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.

The executive assistant provides high-level support to executive staff to ensure effective use of an executive’s time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Provides office and general administrative support to the firm through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.

The information technology (IT) analyst is responsible for performing technical support and programming/development tasks to help achieve business goals. The IT analyst supports Pinnacle’s enterprise IT systems by ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruptions. The IT analyst provides technical support and training for staff, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and develops, tests, documents, and maintains programs, applications, and database structures.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.

The lead data scientist creates and delivers advanced analytics solutions for clients, identifying options with recommendations and providing additional resources. The lead data scientist is responsible for ensuring that best practices are adhered to within the practice area, identifying deficiencies in procedures or systems, correcting as appropriate and referring to leadership where necessary. The lead data scientist will complete and communicate complex technical results of the advanced analytics analyses of a given problem into the format, language, and context appropriate for the decision-makers and other audiences for whom the results are relevant.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.

The senior data scientist develops advanced analytics solutions and works to support client relationships in order to provide accurate information and feedback. The senior data scientist will communicate complex technical results of the advanced analytics analyses of a given problem into the format, language, and context appropriate for the decision-makers and other audiences for whom the results are relevant.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary for this position is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education and skills.
