This webinar will examine the latest Actuarial Standards of Practice (ASOPs) that have proposed revisions, including a discussion of why revisions have been proposed and the feedback received thus far. Among the ASOPs to be discussed are No. 41: Actuarial Communications, No. 36: Statements of Actuarial Opinion Regarding L&LAE Reserves, No. 29: Expense Provisions for Future Cost Estimates for Prospective P/C Risk Transfer and Risk Retention, and No. 20: Discounting of P/C Claim Estimates. Rob Walling and Megan Baker will examine the proposed changes of these ASOPs.
